Geyser Falls in Philadelphia, MS

Hey all water park fans! Wanna see a great water park in Mississippi? Go to Geyser Falls in Philadelphia, MS.

The first thing you see is Backsplash, it was closed the day I went, first things first it is a tube ride and it is like a speed slide. You hop on your tube and go down 180* on a slide that is open at the top. Once the drop is finished, you are shot up a ramp and drop down backwards, now if you don't like rollercoasters with drops in them DON'T RIDE THIS RIDE!!

The next rides are called the Creaky Leaky Water Factory and the Lazy River, it goes around the Factory. I shall start with the Creaky Leaky Water Factory, It is done like, well, ok you guessed it, a water factory, with all sorts of water guns and containers that fill up and spill all over you, also there are pipes that look old and taped up, that spew water everywhere. You cannot go on here without getting wet!!! Here is a piece of advice, though the tube slides at Pipes Peak are longer, the slides here at the water factory can be just as fun!

The next ride is the Lazy River. The river goes all the way around the Creaky Leaky Water Factory. There are to waterfalls. You can either ride on a tube or walk all the way around it. WARNING some of the currents are very STRONG and can sweep you off your feet. The water is about 4ft deep all the way around. It is fun both ways.

The next slides, I mean rides are at Pipes Peak. It has 4 double tube slides. One is called Raging Rapids, where you are swept up the sides of the slide. #2 is Flash Flood, a closed tunnel that is rather hot. You just slide around every which way. #3 is the Cyclone, a closed tunnel that has a little drop at the beginning, but at the end it opens up in to a huge bowl that you go around and exit through a hole. #4 is The Hurricane. It is a very fast slide that goes in circles several times. It is very fun and enjoyable for lovers of high speed slides!

The attraction are the white water racers. They are a row of 4 slides that you ride on mats. They maybe considered a speed slide in a way, except instead of a strait 180* drop that is super fast, It has ridges that come forward and slow you down. There is a sign that tells you your speed.

Geyser Falls also has a wave pool that at the maximum depth is 6ft. The Clearkey beach has sand and salt water that has the maximum depth of 4ft. !!!!!You see pictures and even read about the legends of Gesyer Falls.

I have left out some parts that are on the website due to the length of my article. I also did not go to Mt Everwet, because it is speed slides that I don't know about.
